Everyone that had a part in the process was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their job and they all did it well So all the information was ultimately there for Lisa to see before she came in to give me a diagnosis and tell me what I needed. I was very impressed and grateful that I didn’t need surgery. Thank you so much!!🙂

Dr TAILUN ZHAO Eye specialist is the BEST there is ! Had a detached retina. Had some complications after with Eye Pressure. He HELPED me Enormously!! He’s kind , caring, easy to talk too. His aids are VERY happy to work for him and it shows !!! I wouldn’t change him for nothing. Love Him

Dr.Cibik and the entire staff were superb. Every member of the team treated me with professional care. I felt I was in good hands and I truly appreciate the service they provide. I had two visits with the same doctor, he obviously did not look at my chart from the first visit. My final impression is they pushed me through and didn’t help me at all. I’m guessing because they weren’t seeing the problem, it was not of the easy money category. Overall experience was very disappointing. Happy to see other had a good experience. My problem will need to be addressed by REAL doctors

I recently received Lasik eye surgery performed by Dr. Kinariwala in AUG2023 and only experienced the best care throughout the entire process with her and Cathy! I originally scheduled my Lasik in DEC2022, but cancelled after hesitation and nervousness. In the interim, Cathy reached out several times to check in as a care provider, and reassure me that my feelings of anxiety were totally valid and that she was supportive to not have this elective procedure. Cathy’s support and Dr. Kinariwala’s kindness and thorough explanations of the risks and benefits of the surgery encouraged me to return in AUG2023 to complete the Lasik procedure which resulted in 20/20 next day vision. Thank you Cathy and Dr.Kinariwala for your support through this procedure and process!

I have nothing but good things to say about my appointment... Everything went well, I got there and waited only 5 minutes before I started getting tested which was very thorough. I do have one complaint... The woman who scheduled my eye surgery appointments was such in a hurry. She did not explain anything but gave me a booklet to figure things out on my own I'm assuming. Told me how expensive it would be, told me to call another company who would allow me to make payments and sent me on my way.. she had my head scattered. Also. Please tell patients to bring sunglasses. I got drops in both eyes and when I walked outside I was blinded by the light and could not see a thing. If they're not going to tell you to bring sunglasses they should at least offer the cheap plastic pair to enable us to see when we leave... That was horrible!!!

Amazing experience with AIO! Dr. Bhumi Kinariwala has been excellent at ensuring a smooth transition following my PRK surgery. On-top of that, The entire AIO team was extremely professional and kind. Excellent team and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

My experience at AIO with Dr. Kinariwala and her staff was incredible. I always thought my eyes were too bad for corrective surgery, now I am able to see better than I ever imagined. It was a life changing experience and I'd recommend Dr. Kinariwala to anyone would would like experience what I did.
